You will use AI tools to accelerate workflows, improve quality assurance, and support data‑driven decisions — while championing web accessibility to ensure every candidate, regardless of ability, can navigate the hiring journey with ease. You will bring a sound understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS), user experience and interface (UX/UI) standards, responsive design, and accessible development practices (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG), iterating continually to improve the candidate experience. You are detail‑oriented, data‑driven, customer‑centric, and technically proficient.

You will use AI tools to speed up QA checks, leverage performance data to inform decisions, consult with internal teams on best practices, and communicate project updates to leadership.
