Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to drive optimization of zoom.com product pages and journeys. You will collaborate with marketing, design, SEO, and web engineering to turn performance data into meaningful improvements in copy, layout, and structure.

You will build dashboards, support A/B testing, and ensure consistency across the 30+ product pages while embracing Zoom's editorial voice and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, web content strategy, or CRO.
• Ability to translate data into actionable content and UX recommendations.
• Experience with web analytics, SEO, and content architecture.

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize zoom.com product and landing pages for conversion.
• Draft, edit, and QA web copy across page hierarchy meeting brand voice.
• Build performance dashboards in Amplitude and surface insights weekly.
• Support the design, launch, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests.
• Implement on-page SEO priorities with the SEO team.
• Contribute to scalable templates and governance for 30+ product pages.
• Map visitor journeys for SMB and enterprise audiences and propose improvements.
