Job summary

apexanalytix is seeking a Manager, Web Experience & Optimization to own the company website in Webflow, govern governance and publishing workflows, and drive performance through CRO, personalization, and AI-driven optimization. You will coordinate with Demand Gen, manage CRM integrations, and provide actionable site-performance insights.

You will partner with marketing functions to translate campaigns into fast, on-brand experiences and supervise AI-assisted content strategies.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on Webflow expertise (CMS, structure, publishing, native optimization)
• Experience running CRO programs with A/B testing and personalization
• Strong ability to partner with CRM/marketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and demand gen teams

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Webflow site administration: page builds, CMS collections, structure, publishing workflows
• Lead structured A/B testing and personalization programs to improve conversion
• Manage integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Claude, and other marketing tech
• Oversee audience segmentation across UTM, geographic, behavioral data, and ABM data
• Monitor AI-driven optimization tools and LLM visibility for AI-generated brand representation
• Prepare reporting on site performance, tests, and optimization impact for marketing stakeholders
