• Own the web roadmap and drive delivery aligned with growth goals
• Transform web into a product and identify proactive opportunities
• Drive AI-native web experiences leveraging Sanity’s platform and AI tools
• Partner with marketing, design, and product to deliver cohesive initiatives
• Lead experimentation and optimization, run A/B tests, improve conversions
• Own web performance metrics and build systems to track KPIs
• Balance leadership with hands-on coding when needed
