The University of Oklahoma’s Dodge Family College of Arts & Sciences seeks two Web and Digital Experience Interns for 2027. Working with departments, you will update content, ensure OU brand standards, and help build the DFCAS Digital Resource Hub.

No programming is required; you’ll complete Modern Campus CMS training, document changes, and support department staff while earning course credit through CAS 4630.

Formación

• Must be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate student in the Dodge Family College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Oklahoma for Spring 2027 and Fall 2027, and working through Summer 2027.
• Must be able to complete Modern Campus CMS training and work without programming prior experience.

Responsabilidades

• Update and maintain content across assigned department websites: news, events, profiles, program and course pages, and announcements.
• Audit department sites for outdated content, broken links, navigation issues, and page hierarchy; write and publish fixes.
• Design visual assets like banners and headers within OU brand standards.
• Check pages against WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and fix issues in the CMS.
• Build and maintain the DFCAS Digital Resource Hub structure and navigation.
