We're seeking a Web Development Project Manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles to lead our web projects from conception to launch. You'll collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and clients to ensure seamless execution, on-time delivery, and measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end web development projects, especially custom web dev projects, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives (SEO, CRO, UX, branding).
2. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with designers, developers, content teams, and digital marketers to deliver high-quality websites and landing pages.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating marketing needs into technical requirements.
4. Agile Workflow Management: Implement Scrum/Kanban methodologies, manage sprints, and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all web deliverables are optimized for performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
6. Performance Tracking: Collaborate with marketing teams to measure post-launch success (traffic, engagement, conversions).
7. Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of web project management experience in an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of web development (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions such as Webflow, Contentful, and Headless CMS).
• Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid media, UX best practices, analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar).
• Experience with project management tools (Monday, Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
