Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to adapt tone and style.
• Experience writing press releases, newsletters, internal communications, and website content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and distribute a wide variety of communications across the organization.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Operations, and leadership to gather updates and align messaging.
• Draft and distribute internal corporate communications and leadership updates.
• Write and distribute external communications and press releases; coordinate with PR partners as needed.
• Write, edit, and update website content to ensure accuracy and brand voice.
• Prepare board communications and materials with executive leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed to support communication deliverables.
