Job summary

Catholic Mutual Group is seeking a Web Developer to join our team on site at our home office in Omaha, NE. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise web applications using Blazor, C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Copilot.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across business and technical teams, handle the full software development lifecycle, and enjoy solving complex problems while delivering high-quality applications in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of web development experience utilizing .NET technologies, including C#
• Experience with Blazor and SQL Server preferred
• Experience with website design, database development, documentation, and application security practices
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of modern web design principles and user experience best practices
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise-level web applications
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions
• Develop and maintain database-driven applications using SQL Server and related technologies
• Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and application support materials
• Implement and support application security controls and best practices
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to website and application users
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines
• Communicate project status, progress, and technical information to stakeholders
• Assist with employee training and user adoption of new applications and technologies
