Job summary

CodeRoad is seeking a Senior .NET/Blazor Software Developer to anchor modernization initiatives across client engineering PODs. You will design scalable web apps with C#, .NET, Blazor, and SQL Server, while driving architectural improvements in an Agile Scrum environment.

Bring 7+ years of enterprise experience, strong unit testing and CI/CD skills, and fluency in English to collaborate with product owners and architects. This role offers 100% remote flexibility and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise applications.
• Deep proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 8+, C#, Blazor, and SQL Server.
• Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and clean, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor).
• Advanced English communication for client-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, secure enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor.
• Anchor modernization initiatives through code analysis and tech stack upgrades.
• Lead Scrum POD execution, translating strategy into concrete implementation.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and QA teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to establish best-practice patterns.
• Optimize backend logic, SQL queries, and RESTful services for performance.
