Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Developer & Digital Systems Administrator to lead the development and maintenance of our digital web properties, while also supporting our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity needs. This hybrid role requires strong frontend web development skills, a proactive approach to security, and the ability to manage and troubleshoot digital systems.

The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time focused on updating, maintaining, and improving our main Drupal-based website and a smaller WordPress site. They will implement design updates provided by our team, ensure responsive functionality across devices, and manage our website’s code base and performance. Their remaining time will involve IT tasks such as administering our email system, monitoring network security, and performing basic cybersecurity audits and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Management

• Maintain development, performance, and security of existing Drupal and WordPress websites.
• Translate provided design files into clean, responsive, and accessible code.
• Monitor website performance and user experience.

IT & Cybersecurity

• Administer and support the company’s email system (Microsoft 365 via GoDaddy).
• Implement basic cybersecurity best practices across digital platforms.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with digital security standards.
• Work with external vendors as needed to support IT systems.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in website development.
