Job summary

Midland Credit Management is seeking a Web Developer to drive web development efforts, including A/B testing, interactivity enhancements, and UX/UI improvements across headless CMS, SaaS, and IaaS platforms.

You will contribute to testing cycles, support digital marketing campaigns, and stay current with industry best practices while promoting a risk-aware culture and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Web Development or equivalent required.
3+ years of web development experience in-house or agency.
Equivalent software or web development certification accepted.

Responsibilities

Contribute to web development with continuous improvement and testing.
Participate in selecting technical solutions by understanding design options and weighing pros/cons.
Support campaigns with development expertise for analytics and SEO.
Stay current with industry best practices and apply them to tasks and projects.
