Job summary

Acclaro Corporation seeks an experienced Front-End Engineer to design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using Vue.js (Vue 3), HTML, and modern frontend tooling. You will implement pixel-perfect UIs with Tailwind CSS and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features.

You will optimize performance, integrate RESTful APIs with Axios/Fetch, and participate in code reviews and documentation while working in a cross-functional agile environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in CS or related field.
• 5+ years as Web Front-End Engineer/Developer.
• Strong Vue.js experience, including composition and state management.
• Solid Tailwind CSS and responsive design skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and async requests.

About The Role

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred), HTML, Java, PHP, JSP, ASP.Net, Python, AJAX .
• Implement pixel-perfect, component-based UIs with Tailwind CSS, ensuring consistency with design systems and style guidelines.
• Build and optimize reusable Vue components, composables, and modules to support scalable front-end architecture.
• Integrate front and back-end applications with RESTful APIs, handling asynchronous requests and data flows using tools such as Axios or Fetch.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, including load times, rendering efficiency, and overall front-end responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues, including layout, styling, and API integration problems.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with backend engineers to define and refine API contracts, data models, and integration patterns.
• Contribute to front-end build and deployment processes using modern tooling (e.g., module bundlers, task runners, and package managers).
• Continuously stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and apply them where appropriate.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholder teams to estimate effort, plan sprints, and deliver features on schedule.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for components, features, and front-end workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field required.
• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience as a Web Developer or Front-End Engineer.
• Professional experience with Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred), including component-based architecture and state management patterns.
• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design techniques for building mobile-first, cross-device interfaces.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous request handling (e.g., Axios, Fetch).
• Demonstrated GUI experience, with a strong eye for detail in layout, typography, and visual consistency.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and tools for diagnosing front-end bottlenecks.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex front-end issues across environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
