Job summary

Careerswift is hiring a remote Web Developer to join our team in a full-time role. The position involves building and maintaining marketing websites and landing pages that are fast, responsive, and aligned with business goals.

You will work closely with web designers, strategists, SEO specialists and clients to turn approved designs into high-quality digital experiences, while implementing SEO, analytics and conversion tracking, and ensuring performance and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional web development experience.
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills.
• Experience building responsive, production-ready websites.
• Experience working with modern CMS platforms and website builders.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into accurate, functional web pages.
• Understanding of web performance, accessibility and basic technical SEO.
• Experience integrating analytics and conversion tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, SEO specialists and clients.

Responsibilities
