Kinder Institute is seeking a front-end focused web developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance web applications and tools. You will work primarily on front-end processes with some back-end exposure, supporting research centers and enablement teams.
The role requires strong UX/UI background, proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and experience with VueJS/ReactJS. You will coordinate across teams, ensure compliance, and contribute to data-driven projects in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of websites for the Kinder Institute.
Responsible for the design, build, and implementation of new, high-quality, high-performance web-based applications and tools.
Primarily work on front-end processes.
Expected to have a strong UX/UI background, but should possess some back-end knowledge and skills, or be willing to develop them.
Serve as an advisory-capacity operational partner supporting research centers and institutional enablement teams (IETs).
Help structure work, coordinate across teams, support compliance and process follow-through, maintain project visibility, and improve execution across KIUR initiatives.
Prepare, coordinate, document, and advise, but not replace leader-level authority, strategic ownership, or formal supervisory responsibility.
Excel in advanced statistical analysis, research methodologies, and data management, with strong communication and project management skills.
Demonstrates expertise in front-end web development with strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like VueJS and ReactJS. Proficient in UX/UI design, project management, and advanced statistical analysis, with a solid understanding of back-end processes and data management.
