Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a Web Designer to shape our marketing websites, landing pages, and digital assets. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to translate objectives into compelling visual experiences that align with our brand standards.

The role offers growth within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will contribute to responsive, accessible web designs and gain exposure to cross-functional teams while supporting no-code publishing in WordPress.

Qualifications

  • Working proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Foundational understanding of web, brand, or digital design and core UX/UI principles.
  • Portfolio showing clean, organized, and visually appealing designs for web projects.
  • Experience with layout, typography, color theory.
  • Basic knowledge of website design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Willingness to learn no-code website publishing and asset preparation in WordPress.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design choices clearly.
  • Interest in collaborating with motion and video designers for web experiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of marketing websites, landing pages, and digital assets in line with creative direction.
  • Manage assigned design requests, balancing quality and speed, and collaborating with senior designers for guidance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand target audience goals and ensure designs align with messaging and content.
  • Apply existing website design systems to maintain visual consistency and brand standards.
  • Implement best practices in web design, including responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.
  • Utilize user insights and data provided by senior team members to inform design iterations and optimizations.
  • Participate in design reviews, provide early feedback, and incorporate stakeholder input effectively.
  • Assist with no-code website implementation, asset preparation, and quality assurance in WordPress.
  • Maintain organized design files and documentation for ongoing projects and team use.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices in web design and UI/UX

About The Role

The Web Designer at Pacvue plays a vital role in shaping our digital presence by supporting the design and execution of marketing websites, landing pages, and various digital assets. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate business objectives and user needs into compelling visual experiences that align with our established brand and design standards. The Web Designer will work under the guidance of senior designers, participating in the entire design lifecycle while applying best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and UI/UX principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, with exposure to marketing or agency environments, and a keen interest in developing their skills across a broad spectrum of creative assets, with a primary focus on web design.
