Job summary

Cella in Atlanta is seeking a web designer to craft and publish digital experiences for direct-to-consumer platforms. You’ll translate Figma designs into responsive pages, manage daily content via Contentstack and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and collaborate with marketing to hit launch deadlines.

Required: 2–5 years in web design, strong Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills, experience delivering multiple projects, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of web design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with working on multiple projects from start to finish, in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders to scope projects and manage expectations.
• Agile (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) and/or Lean experience a plus.
• Able to create and version website and e-mail content.
• Familiarity with enterprise DXP products and CMS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset Prep & Page Assembly: Transform Figma designs and creative assets into responsive, functional, and beautifully branded web pages using existing templates and UI components.
• CMS & E-Commerce Publishing: Author, maintain, and publish daily updates, product launches, and seasonal campaigns using our primary headless CMS (Contentstack) and e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Digital Asset Management: Organize metadata and assets across enterprise systems, including Salsify (PIM) and Bynder (DAM).
• Localization Support: Oversee the translation and roll‑out processes to ensure consistent, highly localized experiences for our global markets.
• Email Content Production: Utilize a basic understanding of HTML and CSS to create and version marketing email content.
• Workflow Ownership (Jira): Own your tasks from start to finish. You'll actively triage your own Jira tickets, self‑identify missing requirements, elevate bottlenecks, and partner directly with marketing stakeholders to get what you need to hit launch deadlines.

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon-Thu (Onsite Tues, Weds, Thurs)
