Cella Inc is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to architect complex user journeys for mobile and web, driving end-to-end product innovation. The role combines user behavior insights with business strategy to deliver high-impact digital experiences.

In Malvern, PA, this contract position requires in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. You will lead cross-functional efforts, mentor peers, and apply data analytics to validate design

Qualifications

Compensation Range: $85 - 97 per hour

Are you ready to architect the next evolution of digital experiences for an industry leader? We are seeking a consultative Senior UX Product Designer to lead cross-functional journey initiatives and transform complex user needs into seamless, high-impact digital solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user behavior and business strategy to drive end-to-end product innovation across mobile and web platforms.

Required to be in office in Malvern, PA Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Monday/Friday remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to deliver intuitive, seamless user journeys across mobile and web platforms.
• Partner with cross-departmental leaders to translate user insights and business objectives into prioritized, high-impact product features.
• Integrate quantitative analytics and user research into design cycles to validate hypotheses and optimize product viability.
• Mentor junior design talent and champion user-centered design standards across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated user experience and product design expertise.
• Master-level proficiency in interface architecture, complex design systems, and rapid prototyping across web and mobile ecosystems.
• Proven track record of leveraging data analytics and experimentation methodologies to execute strategic UX initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a creative, design, or technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
