Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain web interfaces supporting Transformation Strategy and Service Experience initiatives. You will create responsive pages, dashboards, and portals, while ensuring accessibility and 508 compliance.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, supporting CMS-driven content, and maintaining front-end components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, CS, IT, Information Systems, Communications or related discipline.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting IT programs, systems, websites, or web-based applications.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications.
• Working knowledge of Adobe ColdFusion and supporting web application environments.
• Experience supporting IPG Landing, IST, SIA, Trip Tracker, or similar web-based platforms and services.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and user interface designs.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with content management systems and web publishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based interfaces and digital experiences.
• Create responsive, user-friendly web pages, portals, dashboards, and microsites.
• Support the design, maintenance, and enhancement of ColdFusion-based web applications.
• Develop and maintain web content within IPG Landing and related environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into web solutions.
• Support content updates and website modernization efforts.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Perform website testing, QA, and user acceptance support.
• Monitor website performance and user experience metrics, and propose enhancements.
