Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is hiring a Web Designer to design, develop, and maintain web-based interfaces and digital experiences. You will create responsive, accessible pages and microsites, support ColdFusion-driven applications, and maintain content within IPG Landing and related platforms.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will translate requirements into effective web solutions, support content updates and modernization, and ensure accessibility and usability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting IT programs, systems, websites, or web-based applications.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications.
• Working knowledge of Adobe ColdFusion and related environments.
• Experience supporting IPG Landing, IST, SIA, Trip Tracker, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and UI designs.
• Knowledge of UX and UI design best practices.
• Experience implementing Section 508 accessibility and web accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with content management systems and web publishing processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizen and able to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based interfaces and digital experiences.
• Create responsive, accessible pages, portals, dashboards, and microsites.
• Support ColdFusion-based web applications and components.
• Develop and maintain content within IPG Landing and related web environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into web solutions.
• Support content updates and website modernization efforts.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and page layouts aligned with branding and usability.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Perform website testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance support.
• Monitor performance and user experience metrics and propose enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and content owners to add features.
• Assist with deployment, release management, and production support.
