Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting Transformation Strategy and Service Experience initiatives. You will collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across the SDLC to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of four years of software development experience
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications, APIs, or integrated software solutions
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python
• Experience with relational databases, SQL development, and data integration concepts
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or hybrid development environments
• Familiarity with source control and version management tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain clearance

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications and digital solutions
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze requirements and develop solutions
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Develop and maintain web applications, enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions
• Support modernization efforts by enhancing existing applications and developing new capabilities
• Design, develop, and maintain application interfaces between internal and external systems
• Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated test scripts
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues
• Develop technical documentation and operational procedures
• Support Agile development activities and code reviews
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams for CI/CD
• Develop and maintain database queries and reporting functionality
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and coding best practices
• Support UAT, implementation activities, and post-deployment support
• Assist in automating capabilities for efficiency and customer experience
• Monitor performance and drive improvements
• Support incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Research emerging technologies to support modernization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
