Job summary

Nutrike is hiring a designer to own the visual language of its direct-to-consumer brands, designing landing pages and storefronts that feel premium and convert. You’ll build scalable design systems and ship work quickly in a remote-first, founder-led environment.

Expect a fast-paced role with ownership across multiple brands, requiring strong portfolios and comfort with ambiguity in a small, async team.

Qualifications

Nutrike builds direct-to-consumer wellness brands, and every one of them lives or dies by design. We are looking for a designer who treats a landing page like a flagship store: every pixel intentional, every interaction earning its place. You will define how our brands look, feel and move, and your work will ship to real customers in days, not quarters.

What you will do

• Own the visual language of new Nutrike brands, from identity to shipped storefront.
• Design landing pages, storefronts and campaign creative that feel premium and convert.
• Build design systems that scale across brands without diluting any of them.
• Work directly with the founders. No layers, no committees, fast decisions.
• Use AI tools to multiply your output without ever lowering the bar.

What we are looking for

• A portfolio that makes people stop scrolling. It matters more than your CV.
• 3+ years designing for D2C, eCommerce or consumer brands.
• Fluency in Figma and in modern web constraints: you design things that can be built fast and load faster.
• A feel for motion and micro-interaction, and the restraint to use them sparingly.
• Comfort with ambiguity. Small team, real ownership, no design department to hide in.
