Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1 year related experience, or
• Associate’s/Vocational/Technical degree with 3 years related experience.
• Relevant coursework may substitute for on-the-job experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 2 help desk support for GPSTC applications.
• Develop website content and maintain website software.
• Test application functionality and recommend remediation.
• Monitor enterprise applications for reliability, security, and integration.
