Qualifications
- 3+ years of copywriting in digital or marketing agency.
- Web-first portfolio with SEO-driven copy.
- Strong SEO knowledge and technical writing ability.
- Experience with CMS platforms and content operations.
- Interface copy and microcopy experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- New England-based or hybrid work preference.
Responsibilities
- Write website copy, landing pages, and SEO-driven content that converts.
- Apply on-page SEO: keywords, headings, metadata, internal links.
- Create interface and UX copy: labels, CTAs, microcopy.
- Audit existing copy for clarity, SEO gaps, and consistency.
- Manage content in WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify.
- Collaborate with Experience, Brand, and Growth teams.
- Lead AI-powered content production workflows.
