City of SeaTac seeks a Web Content Supervisor to oversee day-to-day management of internal and external websites, guide an in-progress redesign, and review content before it goes live.
The role collaborates across departments, coaches staff, and applies plain-language, accessibility, and editorial standards to help residents, businesses find information quickly and confidently.
SeaTac is the gateway to the Pacific Northwest. A diverse, globally connected community of more than 32,000 residents speaking over 90 languages. Our website and digital content are often the first (and sometimes only) interaction someone has with their local government. Whether renewing a permit, reporting an issue, or learning what's happening in their neighborhood, that first impression shapes how people experience the City.
The Web Content Supervisor ensures that experience is clear, accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate.
