Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Web Content Manager to lead online experiences for its businesses and institutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to set page strategy, gather requirements and manage content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

You will work with UX, design, analytics, marketing technology and compliance partners to deliver compliant, engaging web pages and campaigns. Strong HTML, SEO knowledge and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in web development, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in website management and/or digital marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong HTML knowledge and experience with content management systems, especially AEM.
• Understanding of web marketing concepts including SEO and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Determines strategy and approach for new pages and campaigns within key.com sections, aligning with corporate marketing goals.
• Collaborates with partners across UX, design, analytics and compliance to drive online experiences.
• Manages page strategy, requirements, and content updates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Reviews pages for compliance, accessibility (WC3/ADA) and brand standards; ensures timely publishing.
