Job summary

Red Carrot is seeking a Web Content Specialist to write, edit, and manage content across the customer's website, SharePoint, and Google Sites.

You will also develop and deliver training on web content processes, coordinate quarterly certification, and ensure accessibility compliance and quality control for content across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in web content management, including 3 within the last 5 years.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials preferred.
• Transportation sector experience, especially highway and surface transportation, preferred.
• Ability to obtain a USDOT Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Red Carrot is seeking Web Content Specialists to write, edit, and manage content across the customer's website, SharePoint, and Google Sites platforms, while also developing and delivering training on web content processes.
