Job summary

Red Carrot, Inc. is seeking a Web Content Specialist to write, edit, and manage content across the customer website, SharePoint, and Google Sites while developing training on web content processes.

Hybrid role located in McLean, VA, focusing on accessibility compliance, content reviews, CMS uploads, and training materials for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in web content management, including 3 within the last 5 years.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials preferred.
• Transportation sector experience, especially highway and surface transportation, preferred.
• Ability to obtain a USDOT Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Red Carrot is seeking Web Content Specialists to write, edit, and manage content across the customer's website, SharePoint, and Google Sites platforms, while also developing and delivering training on web content processes.
