Job summary

The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking a detail-oriented digital producer to build, launch, maintain, and optimize contest and sponsorship experiences on local station websites.

You will translate sponsorship elements into digital executions, coordinate assets and approvals, and ensure compliance with disclosures, privacy, and general legal guidelines while driving strong user experiences and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web production or digital content.
• Experience translating sponsorship elements into digital executions with CMS.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and update contest landing pages, sponsorship hubs, pages, forms, rules, and confirmations in CMS.
• Coordinate intake, asset collection, approvals, scheduling, launch, updates, archiving, and QA with legal guidelines.
• Translate sponsorship elements into digital executions reflecting client commitments and dates.
• Serve as primary web-production contact for station sales, marketing, digital, legal, and operations across markets.
• Perform prelaunch and ongoing QA for links, forms, images, copy, disclosures, dates, accessibility, tagging, UX.
• Ensure rules, privacy disclosures, sponsor IDs posted; escalate questions when needed.
• Maintain CMS components, page templates, documentation, naming conventions, and assets.
• Manage multiple campaigns with launch dates; communicate status and risks, resolve blockers.
• Use analytics and stakeholder feedback to improve traffic, engagement, and campaign execution.
• Diagnose publishing/tracking/content issues; coordinate with tech teams/vendors as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
