The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years managing large-organization websites/social media, with hybrid/telework eligibility and a Tier 2 clearance expectation.

• Maintain PHCoE information dissemination platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, GovDelivery).
• Provide social media expertise, assisting with posts, monitoring responses, and cross-promotion with partners.
• Review all content before posting to ensure adherence to DoD and DHA policies.

Knowesis is seeking a Web Content Manager to oversee PHCoE's digital presence, ensuring that public-facing websites and social media channels are current, engaging, and compliant with DoD policies. This role utilizes analytics to measure reach and optimizes content delivery.

Position:

Web Content Manager

Location:

Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE)

Work Environment:

Hybrid / Telework Eligible (Routine and situational telework is authorized. Facility space restrictions may necessitate part-time or full-time telework.)

Clearance Required:

TIER 2: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain)

Status:

Full-Time

Salary Range:

$88,000 - $105,000

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide web content management, site updates, and web design services for PHCoE platforms.
• Generate and analyze associated web metrics reports to evaluate audience reach and engagement.
• Maintain PHCoE information dissemination platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, GovDelivery).
• Provide social media expertise, assisting in social media posts, monitoring responses, and managing cross-promotion with partner sites.
• Review all content before posting to ensure adherence to DoD and DHA public release policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing websites and social media platforms for large organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DoD web policies and Section 508 compliance.
• Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
