Job summary

Simplot Company is seeking a Website Delivery Coordinator to manage Contentful-based website content for global and regional sites from Boise, ID. You’ll ensure product information accuracy, support translations, and maintain digital assets.

The role collaborates with regional marketing, product, sales enablement, and digital operations teams to optimize the user journey for foodservice operators and improve site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing websites or digital content.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (Contentful preferred).
• Understanding of website UX principles and digital customer journeys.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and publish website content in Contentful across global and regional websites.
• Maintain website pages, product content, resources, campaigns, and digital assets to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate website requests, publishing schedules, and ongoing website maintenance activities.
• Support website governance, documentation, and content management best practices.
• Review website content, navigation, and user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and regional teams to enhance content discoverability and website engagement.
• Coordinate website translation and localization activities for regional and multilingual websites.
• Track translation status, publishing timelines, and outstanding localization needs.
