ZERO TO THREE seeks a Digital Content Specialist to own websites, manage content updates, and coordinate digital campaigns across web, email, and social channels. Reporting to the Editorial Manager, you will ensure content is current, accessible, and optimized, collaborating with program teams and external partners.

You will apply SEO, UX, and accessibility best practices, craft web and newsletter content, and help manage content operations with WordPress, Canva, and Asana in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in website management, digital content, or communications.
• Proficiency with WordPress CMS and content updates across websites.
• Strong writing skills for web, social, newsletters, and edits.
• Knowledge of UX and SEO principles applied to web content.
• Ability to produce basic on-brand graphics with Canva or Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary owner of ZERO TO THREE websites and maintain site content.
• Apply SEO and UX best practices to drive visibility and accessibility.
• Produce and publish digital content across web, email, and social channels.
• Lead internal and external newsletters, coordinating content and schedules.
• Coordinate with web vendors and manage content requests via Asana.
• Stay current on digital trends and best practices in content marketing.
