  • Create, update, and maintain website content across CMS.

  • Collaborate on AEM considerations for integrations.

  • Perform quality assurance on own and peers’ work.
  • Publish content according to schedules.
  • Coordinate with Engagement Managers, Content Writers, Product Specialists, and developers to ensure accuracy.

Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Author to support an international digital agency that creates high-performing campaigns, digital products, and connected customer experiences for clients across industries such as automotive, financial services, telecommunications, and retail.

In this role, you will create, update, and maintain website content across multiple Content Management Systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional who can learn quickly, solve problems, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Location

Fully remote position within LATAM.

Contract Duration

Initial six-month, full-time contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday during standard Eastern Time business hours.

Language Requirement

Advanced English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Create, update, and maintain website content across multiple Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Collaborate with different teams to plan, develop, and implement website content, style, and layout.
  • Crop, compress, transfer, and manage visual assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
  • Support development teams with technical integrations and troubleshoot content-related issues.
  • Configure and implement third-party integrations across websites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) considerations related to third-party integrations.
  • Use AEM authoring tools to streamline implementation processes and support efficient rollouts across multiple websites.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of your own work and your peers’ work.
  • Publish and activate website content according to established schedules.
  • Coordinate with Engagement Managers, Content Writers, Product Specialists, and developers to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Ensure CMS components support content, usability, and accessibility requirements.
  • Implement legal and compliance requirements, including copyright, accessibility, data protection, and legal requirements.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and recommend ideas to improve the digital user experience.

What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Previous experience as a Content Author, Web Content Specialist, Content Editor, or Content Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with task and issue-tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Experience with documentation and collaboration platforms such as Confluence.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG AA accessibility standards.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and website development.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management platforms.
  • Experience performing quality assurance for digital content.
