Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Four years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of web and cloud concepts and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the SJSU website and incident support.
• Manage changes including new sites, accounts and backend design.
• Develop, test, and implement web applications and UI elements.
• Provide admin and configuration for Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta, CMS.
• Monitor usage and log tickets to prevent outages.
• Ensure content security and accessibility compliance.
• Lead campus IT projects and develop training materials.
