Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Four years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of web architectures and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, CMS, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the SJSU website and web applications.
• Handle changes—standard, normal and emergency—across sites and accounts.
• Develop, test, and deploy web applications and UI elements.
• Provide admin/configuration support for Google Workspace, Zoom, Okta, CMS, and more.
• Monitor usage, log issues, and coordinate with vendors to prevent outages.
• Ensure security and accessibility compliance of digital services.
