Job summary

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Web Analytics Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role focuses on managing Google Analytics properties and generating reports to meet reporting needs.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery. The position is 100% remote, welcoming applicants from Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

The Job at a Glance

We are looking for an entry-level Web Analytics Analyst to join our Marketing team. The role focuses on maintaining and managing Google Analytics properties, building reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain and manage Google Analytics properties across multiple websites and apps, including administration, analysis, design, setup, maintenance, and standardization.
• Set up and track online goals, events, engagement funnels, and conversions across multiple domains.
• Monitor and evaluate website usage metrics, A/B testing, and other data to identify user behavior patterns.
• Generate reports using Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Understand stakeholder ad‑hoc data requirements and convert them into reporting deliverables such as visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Assess appropriate reporting mechanisms, determine static versus customized reports, develop queries, and maintain documentation on query and report details.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting and managing analytics platforms across websites and digital properties.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Experience with MS Excel, including large spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas.
• 100% remote position.
• Resident in Florida, Georgia, or Texas.
