Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Web Analytics Analyst to join our Marketing team. This 100% remote role supports our four eCommerce brands (fix.com, partselect.com, ereplacementparts.com, and genuinereplacementparts.com) by maintaining analytics across websites and apps and delivering actionable reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience supporting and managing analytics platforms across websites and digital properties.
Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
Familiar with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery; Power BI experience is a plus.
Experience with MS Excel, including large spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas.
This is a 100% remote position.
You live in one of these states: Florida, Georgia, or Texas

Responsibilities

Maintaining and managing Google Analytics properties across multiple websites and apps.
Administration, analysis, design, setup, maintenance, and standardization of analytics suite across websites and apps.
Setting up and tracking online goals, events, engagement funnels and conversions across multiple domains.
Monitoring and evaluating website usage metrics data, A/B testing, and identifying user behavioral patterns.
Reporting: Analytics, Data Studio, and BigQuery based report generation for internal and inter-departmental teams. Power BI is a plus.
Understanding stakeholder ad-hoc data requirements and converting them into reporting deliverables, such as dashboards and reports.
Developing customized queries and maintaining documentation on query/report details.
