Master Halco Fence and Deck Supply in Olney, IL is seeking a Machine Operator to train as a weaving machine operator on 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 3:30pm–2:00am). You will set up weaving machines, run the lines, and monitor quality in the continuous manufacturing of woven chain link fence.

Under limited supervision you’ll select raw materials, retrieve gauges and finishes, start and stop machines, troubleshoot tangles, and inspect finished products.

Formación

• Willing to train to become weaving machine operator on 2nd shift.
• Ability to set up weaving machines and adjust for height and selvage.
• Inspect, monitor and troubleshoot weaving operations.

Responsabilidades

• Set up weaving machines for correct height and selvage.
• Retrieve raw material gauges and finishes using forklift.
• Start/stop and monitor weaving operations on multiple machines.
• Perform minor adjustments to fix tangles and misweaves; report major issues.
• Conduct visual quality checks on finished and in-process material.
