Job summary

Polyzen, Inc. in Quakertown, PA, seeks a Weaver/Textile Operator to set up and operate looms for medical and industrial fabrics.

The role requires precise, detail-oriented work with basic math skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a manufacturing setting.

3rd shift: 4 x 10-hour days Mon-Thu 10:00pm–8:00am, with training on 1st shift for 3 months; ERP familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and work instructions.
• Basic math skills with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Good manufacturing practices and compliance with regulated industries.
• Strong dependability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Draws in warp yarn according to specifications.
• Follows procedures to install lease(s)/lease rods and knot tying warp(s).
• Completes all documentation requirements.
• Manufactures fabrics and woven products according to requirements.
• Identifies and corrects defects.
• Records measurements and logs data per internal specs.
• Makes processing adjustments to ensure quality product.
• Logs machine downtime with accuracy using a tablet.
• Other duties as assigned.
