Job summary

Delsys Inc. is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join our client support team in Natick, MA. This role focuses on delivering technical support and training to clients worldwide to improve health outcomes through advanced wearable EMG technology.

You will handle client communication, interpret data, and validate software licenses while contributing to product testing and support documentation. Join us to advance movement science and neurophysiology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role in healthcare/medical devices.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret time-series data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and deduction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ticket queue and serve as the primary point of contact for client communication.
• Interpret time-series data to support clients and identify potential hardware issues.
• Validate client requests to license Delsys software and provide comprehensive training on hardware and software.
