We are seeking motivated candidateswith a strong interest in analog instrumentation design, and ininterfacing varieties of transducers and sensing systems towearable sensor constructs. Successful candidates will work withthe Hardware team at Delsys to evolve their existing sensingportfolio to capture new market spaces and to translate advancedresearch ideas into commercial products.
Delsysembraces a cross-disciplinary approach towards engineering andis focused on developing flexible wearable constructs that fusemulti-sensing modalities, which include neural/EMG sensing, inertialsensing, force sensing, and pressure distribution technologies.Candidates must have a strong background in electrical engineering,a proven track record of solving multi-disciplinary challenges andmust exhibit a strong passion for engineering. The position willrequire exploratory activities to inform research projects, as wellas delivering on key tasks for existing products being manufacturedand in distribution. Strong communication and documentation skillsare required. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated affinityfor analytical thinking, pragmatic problem-solving and hands-onunderstanding of design processes.
