Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. in Bullhead City, AZ, is seeking an ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS) to support the sales team by fitting and training patients in wearable defibrillator systems.

This paid per fitting role requires the ability to travel to hospitals and patients’ homes, provide confidence and care, and complete credentialing and HIPAA training. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with clinical advisors while advancing patient care in heart-failure

Formación

• 1 year of paid patient care experience (not as family caregiver).
• Clinical or engineering background may include nurses, clinical engineers, or technicians.
• Background checks and credentialing required by hospitals.
• Driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel regionally.
• HIPAA training and basic safety courses completed.

Responsabilidades

• Fit and train local patients with a wearable defibrillator (ASSURE system).
• Provide patient care instruction and build confidence with Assure patients.
• Schedule services by contacting prescribers, caregivers and patients.
• Work flexible hours including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Travel to hospitals and patients' homes for fittings.
• Measure patients for garment sizing and manage paperwork.
• Maintain inventory of Assure system kits and equipment.
