Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an instructor and assessor to deliver Navy training at Little Creek, VA. The role requires SECRET clearance, hands-on classroom and field instruction, and preparation of training areas with weapons and equipment.

You will maintain course materials, complete PQS for each watch station, and ensure safety protocols and Navy policies are followed. Candidates must have Navy instructor credentials or equivalent, and recent weapons qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a certified Navy Instructor Training Course or equivalent per JIT/NITC equivalency.
• Completion of CUIT and ICQP prior to start date.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certifications completed.
• Qualified Range Safety Officer or civilian equivalent for small arms.
• Recent weapons qualifications for M9/M18 and M4/M16 and M500.
• Ability to qualify on M240, M2HB, M203 and other systems as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and field instruction in accordance with approved curricula.
• Prepare training areas, including weapons loading, target placement, and equipment setup.
• Conduct operator-level maintenance and cleaning of authorized weapons systems.
• Maintain training binders and course materials.
• Complete and maintain PQS for each watch station.
