People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Navy Advanced Tactical Warfare Instructor to support training at JEB Little Creek - Ft Story. The role requires handling pre-deployment instruction for Navy platoons with focus on standardization and readiness.

The incumbent will coordinate Unit Level Training, supervise tactics, techniques and procedures, and ensure compliance with security and secrecy levels (Secret).

Qualifications

• Must obtain NSW RSO qualification prior to assuming RSO duties.
• Prefer one year experience in curriculum development and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-deployment training for deploying Navy platoons.
• Oversee tactics, techniques and procedures administered to all personnel for pre-deployment Unit Level Training to meet standardization.
