Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required or equivalent experience.
• 0-10 years of experience.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze uplink/downlink message traffic, logs, telemetry data, and system records to assess weapon system performance.
• Evaluate message flow across missile defense architectures to verify data transmission and utilization.
• Analyze communications protocols, ICD requirements, and ensure system compliance.
• Review test data and mission logs to characterize behavior and identify root causes of issues.
• Assess end-to-end interactions among C2 systems, networks, sensors, and weapon systems for integration performance.
• Support testing, simulations, and field exercises through data collection and post-event assessments.
• Produce technical reports, briefings, and decision-support materials for government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software and systems engineers to investigate issues and resolve them.
• Maintain analytical rigor while meeting deadlines for time-sensitive missions.
