Law Mom, LLC is hiring an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal for our Duxbury office in Massachusetts. The role focuses on drafting sophisticated estate planning documents and managing files with minimal supervision. WealthCounsel drafting is required, with strong MAPT and SNT experience.

You will handle revocable and irrevocable trusts, real estate deeds, and trust funding documents while coordinating with attorneys and clients to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• MUST have minimum 4 years of estate planning paralegal experience.
• Direct WealthCounsel drafting experience required.
• Experience drafting MAPTs and Special Needs Trusts (First/Third Party).
• Experience drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts estate planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage estate planning documents: trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies.
• Prepare and file trust funding documents and real estate deeds.
• Manage multiple matters with minimal supervision; track deadlines.
• Coordinate workflow between attorneys, assistants, and clients; ensure timely engagement to signing.
• Review documents for accuracy and consistency with attorney recommendations.
