U.S. Bank in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Trust Administrator to provide broad administrative support for clients, working with Trust Administrators to manage accounts where the bank acts as trustee, agent, or custodian.

You will deliver high-level service, analyze data for reports, and assist with regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes risk monitoring, identifying potential issues, and protecting client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of client servicing experience or educational equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides a broad variety of administrative support services for clients with Trust Administrators.
• Participates in efficient administration of trust accounts for assigned client base where the bank is trustee, agent or custodian.
• Provides high level customer service to clients and beneficiaries relating to these accounts.
• Collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts special projects; and composes correspondence as needed.
• Assists in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and monitors risk within designated authority levels.
• Works to identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
