Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a service and support representative to be the daily contact for Wealth Management Trust, Banking, or Investment customers. You will handle calls, transactions, and issue resolution within delegated authority, escalating as needed to advisors and specialists.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, compliance awareness, and proactive problem solving, with growth through familiarization with banking products and processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of administrative support experience in a banking environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior knowledge of bank products/services and policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily contact between Wealth Management Trust, Banking, or Investment customers and U.S. Bank.
• Handle day-to-day client calls and transactions and resolve problems.
• Escalate items beyond authority to the Wealth Management Advisor or specialist.
• Identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction.
• Develop knowledge of assigned area through frequent client contact and standard procedures.
