Job summary

Bank of America in Pennington, NJ is seeking a Life Services Financial Services Representative (Transition Specialist) to guide beneficiaries through the wealth transition process. You will handle inbound calls, pre-fill and process documents, and prepare accounts for distribution for heirs.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional client service, educating clients on opportunities, and coordinating with executors, attorneys and advisors to ensure timely transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of one year of experience in a performance-based environment.
• Ability to take 15-20 calls per day.
• Strong communication skills and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service by resolving escalated and complex inquiries pertaining to accounts.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal specialists.
• Applies knowledge of financial products and banking services to educate clients.
• Drive the wealth transition process forward through inbound/outbound calls and document processing.
• Provide excellent client service to build value and deepen conversations with licensed FSAs.
• Build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and client-focused call flow.
• De-escalate client concerns with empathy and clear next steps.
• Execute on client disposition instructions for simple and complex scenarios.
