Reporting to a Sr Transformation Manager or Strategic Initiatives Director, the Transformation Manager is responsible for delivering multiple projects or a program for key strategic initiatives in Truist Wealth through close partnership with Wealth Senior Leadership.
The Transformation Manager coordinates cross functional project teams to execute projects or a program.
The Transformation Manager utilizes standard project protocols including project request/intake, prioritization, planning, business readiness, and execution activities to ensure that they support attainment of Wealth’s business and financial goals.

Manage the intake, planning, business readiness, and execution of projects/program to achieve Wealth’s key initiatives. (Ex: Transformational changes, technology innovations, and efficiency improvements)
