Aprio is seeking an Associate Trader to join its Wealth Management team, where you will play a central role in the daily execution, operations, and continuous improvement of trading activity across client accounts. You will execute trades across equities, fixed income, ETFs, and mutual funds while aligning to model portfolios, client guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• 1-3 years of experience in trading or trade operations at an RIA, wealth mgmt, or asset manager
• Hands-on experience with model-based rebalancing or trade order mgmt software
• Hands-on experience with at least one major custodial platform
• Strong Excel skills working with large data sets
• Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/related field
• SIE and Series licenses or ability to obtain within 3 months

Responsabilidades

• Run post-trade audits and reconcile activity; investigate discrepancies and settlement issues
• Execute daily trades across equities, bonds, ETFs, and mutual funds in line with models and regulatory requirements
• Own automation initiatives; design and document AI-assisted workflows and reconciliation processes
